WACYL's Co-ed Tee-Ball/Coach Pitch/Softball Season will be open tomorrow, March 1st and will end on March 23rd. There will be an extension from March 24th to March 30th with a $10.00 late fee attached to your registration as I will have already started to go through the registrations. No registrations will be accepted after March 30th. As a reminder, cash and personal checks will NOT be accepted moving forward.

WACYL programs are co-ed and follow an All-Play philosophy, geared to get all kids involved to improve their skill and promote the love and fun of the game. Registration for all programs will be $55.00, plus $15 per participant toward team shack snacks ($70 total). Our season will run April 15th through June, tentatively; exact dates will be released when finalized. Community volunteers are essential to our programs and will be needed. Please consider if you are willing to volunteer as a Coach or Assistant Coach for any of these divisions. No experience is necessary. If you cannot make every practice/game please register as a volunteer anyways, we could always use extra help. WACYL will provide NYSCA Training/Certification. - Clinic-Style Division, (with the Hope of Playing Games), open to grades Pre-K & Kindergarten **Must turn 4 years of age before April 1st**.
- Open to grades 1st and 2nd
- Intermediate Competitive Play Division open to grades 3rd through 5th
- Advanced Competitive Play Division open to grades 6th through 8th
WACYL has now started to use an App for communication for volunteers and parents for all sports seasons. The App is called Game Changer Team Manager. Below is the page that links IOS or Android depending on what phone you have. Everything can also be accessed through Blue Sombrero in the Team Central - Team Directory section. If you already have the App you can delete previous seasons to make managing current seasons easier. **I will let you know when you can download and setup the App as it will not work until all rosters are complete.**
Download the App
Once the App is open select the parent/player option
Since you are a registered it should find all the teams associated with your Blue Sombrero Account.
Select the team it finds and press Input.
It should now show your entire team. You can Message or Email your team through the App. All messages will show in a group thread or you can message individually if needed.
This is a mandatory way of communication as i am getting away from extra paperwork generated from rosters. This App will only handle the communication part of the App since the scheduling portion is a complete nightmare as basketball participants this year would agree. We will also be using Sign Up Genius for WACYL Shack signups just as we did for soccer last season.
A sponsor will be needed for each of our teams. If you would like to sponsor one of our teams, we will proudly print your business name on your teams' shirts, and gift your business with your choice of team plaque or team shirt.
