Registration Cost: $55 per player, plus $15 per player for team snacks*

All registrations must be made online using our Blue Sombrero website.

Please use the link below to login to your account and register. If you are new to the site, you will need to create a parent/guardian profile. Each child participant will need to be added to your account in order to register them for a sport. The system will then indicate the specific sports program your child is eligible to participate in. Complete the registration and payment process for each child following the step by step instructions provided.

Volunteer Coaches are needed for each Division to run the teams. New parents are always welcome. Free Training is available online through NYSCA, with additional guidance available. See our Coaching Requirements tab for more information. To raise a hand as a volunteer coach, simply check the box during player registration. You may also register as a volunteer through your own profile account.

Thank you!! Have a great season!!

The league can never have too many community members willing to lend a helping hand. If you are interested in concessions or field maintenance, please contact the softball coordinator at

*Concession Sales are a huge fundraiser for our Youth League. Each season, parents are required to provide $15 towards team snacks during registration to support concession sales. After each game, each player gets to choose two items from the snack shack (restrictions may apply). The kids really look forward to this! Our snack shacks are also open during games for concession sales to provide refreshments and support our Youth League. Parent volunteers are required. Please see our WACYL Shacks tab for more information. Thank you for your continued support!
